Lovely store and helpful staff.
The lady upstairs was very helpful when I wanted some Ugg boots and Ugg slippers. Helped me find the right size and are ordering a pair of boots in that they don’t have in my size.
Highly recommended and will be back again.

Customer Service - Non Existent
Reading other reviews this is a company which clearly has no customer service. They were quick to send and refund the item but they do not respond to any emails at all. Legally and under distance selling regulations they have to refund outward bound postage - which they didn't despite several chasing emails. I note that they have placed this in their T&C's "A sum of £4.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover postage" since ordering. In a competitive fashion market I think this is a something of a smokescreen.
Incidentally - they have a load of review from review.io but only the ones they want to publish.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this site. I ordered a pair of Bailey UGG boots (not cheap!) Instead of the expected pair I was sent a brand new pair of what looked to be the classic short boots, but with a tear in the side. I emailed customer service immediately and included photos and was asked to send a picture of the box label which I did. I then heard nothing so I chased up with an email and then called the customer service number. I was told I will not be issued a refund as the pictured boots I was sent are a) not sold by them and b) are not genuine UGGs. The genuine is the bit that really riles me having read other reviews and the woman on the other end of the line told me categorically they have never had an issue like this before. I told her to read Trustpilot. She simply didn't care. So I have paid for an expensive pair of boots, received some apparently fake (and damaged) ones (which are by the way brand new so not ones I have worn, EVER) I said I know my rights and I have not received what I ordered, she essentially called me a liar and said they would not be offering a refund to me. So I am over £150 out of pocket with some broken fake boots to show for it. I was so sure they would sort this out when I spoke to them in person but no, they couldn't care less and refuse to accept any fault. Short of getting my partner to film me opening them I'm not sure what I could have done to prove I was telling the truth. Have been left extremely annoyed and disappointed. I would not touch this company with a barge pole if you are reading this!!
Following the again useless response from Oxygen Clothing if you would like to forward me the CCTV footage you mention I’ll be happy to share it on here.
Completely lacking empathy
Completely lacking empathy - missed 14 day returns window by a day due to Covid but the anonymous customer repellers would not budge despite requesting escalation. Clearly a shop struggling to understand how to win and keep ecommerce customers....

No customer service at all!!
Ordered a long sleeve T-shirt , it arrived and was completely different colour from the picture.
I contacted oxygen 3 times via their online system , not one reply , I was contacting them to provide me a free return for this issue which is of no fault of my own!
This has completely put me off using the side and there is absolutely no customer service!!
And now I’ve been left with a T-shirt that I didn’t want !
I have bought a hoodie since 26/12 till…
I have bought a hoodie since 26/12 till now 17/01 i did not receive (the carrier came once when i was out) and they still holding my money in custody

I rang Oxygen clothing yesterday regarding a issue with money not going through with my bank trying to buy a Baracuta G9 jacket !!!! The gentleman on the phone said to try again and not to worry as the jacket was still showing in my basket !!! I went through the process again and recieved my jacket this morning. Brilliant customer service and delivery as promised !!!! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.......And I absolutely love my jacket...Regards Rob Naylor

Fake? Damaged?
Paid £125 (full retail price) for a Holland Cooper hat, and was given a small discount based on poor packaging leading to the hat being damaged. This was in February, and based on photos of the top of the hat, sent by my mother. Having now received the hat as an Easter present, it seems it is either poor quality second hand, or a forgery. I will be contacting the company on Tuesday, when stores reopen. Pretty darned appalled by the audacity to sell this product.

I purchased a Hugo Boss long sleeve T-Shirt from here. It was a particular design I was after and after searching the Internet, Oxygen had the best price. Delivery came within 48 hours with email updates every step of the way. A great customer experience and a fantastic product - thank you

Paid for next day delivery on Friday item arrived Monday t shirt does not seem like Raulph Lauren quality or medium size poor quality it's just a £24 cleaning cloth.wont ever purchase anything from Oxygen again who seem to be using two company names'' beware,utter crap.....

Very disappointed that the order I placed was cancelled. The item I purchased was was a birthday gift. Will unlikely shop at Oxygen again.
